Get Value Input Type Text by Name, Id using jquery

Hello Guys, first time become programmers make  me headache every day cause don't know much
 about programming so that was begin to start, LOL

first you should know about jquery about selector cause  it's important to handle all things in your projects, now i'm going give short tutorial about it before start please use last version jquery
